If you have to cancel your booking because of COVID-19, you must communicate the reason for your cancellation in writing up to 48 hours before your planned arrival. Valid reasons for a free cancellation or change of booking are: closure of borders, official travel warning issued from your country of origin or one of your family members has tested positive for COVID-19 (we require a medical certificate in this case). If the legislator prescribes it, there may be a possible reduction in the scope of benefits. However, this does not impact the room price. We advise that the current COVID-19 hygiene regulations and rules must be respected and that they could change at any time.
